Registration

  • Click on the 🧑🏻‍💼👩🏻‍💼 icon beside the cart icon 🛒 to sign up for the customer account.
  • Alternatively, when you add product to cart, you will be able to create a customer account during checkout.
  • Please enter your email address and other details required by the system. Then, the system will generate one-time password (OTP) for you to login.
  • Next time when you would like to make a purchase or checkout, you can login to your customer account. You can also check your order history, order status, update account information, and easily reorder.
  • Add our support email to your safe sender list to prevent messages being filtered.
  • Verify the email address on your account to ensure messages are delivered.

Billing, Invoice, and Payment

  • Shopify will show prices in your local currency by converting the base price (SGD) using the current exchange rates with automatic conversion.
  • Shopify updates exchange rates automatically and keeps conversion data current so prices can reflect recent market rates.
  • Please note that the final charged amount may show small differences due to real-time rates or bank conversion processing.

For Singapore Customers:

  • We accept manual payment method via PayNow with UEN Number.
  • We accept online payment via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay).
  • We also accept accelerated checkouts via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

For Global Customers:

  • We accept online payment via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay).
  • We also accept accelerated checkouts via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

PayNow Singapore:

  • We accept manual payment via PayNow for customers who resides in Singapore.
  • PayNow is widely adopted by individuals and businesses across Singapore, with millions of retail users and hundreds of thousands of businesses using PayNow and PayNow Corporate for instant, 24/7 payments
  • PayNow is built on Singapore’s FAST infrastructure and adopts the same bank-grade, end-to-end security standards used for funds transfers, with sender verification steps that show the recipient’s name before confirmation and transaction notifications sent to both parties.

Shopify Payment:

  • We use Shopify Payment to process your online payment.
  • Shopify Payment uses industry-standard security controls and is trusted by thousands of merchants.
  • Shopify and Shopify Payments meet Level 1 PCI DSS requirements, ensuring the controls required for secure payment processing.
  • Shopify provides built-in fraud analysis, supports 3D Secure authentication, and integrates with additional fraud-prevention tools to reduce fraudulent transactions.

  • On the checkout page, enter your promo code into the “Discount Code” field and click “Apply.”
  • Your cart total will update instantly to reflect the discount.
  • Please make sure to check the code’s expiration date and use it before the expiration date.
  • Please also check any usage limits listed in its terms, as you will not be able to use it anymore once it's exceeded the usage limits.

PayNow Singapore:

  • When you choose PayNow Singapore, and checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. If you have not paid your order, the Download PDF Invoice button will refer you to our website. However, after we mark your order as paid, you can check your Order Confirmation Email again, click the Download PDF Invoice, and you will be able to download your invoice automatically.

Shopify Payment:

  • We will issue the invoice automatically after Shopify Payment processed your online payment.
  • You can find your invoice in your Order Confirmation Email. Please also check your spam mail just in case it's landed there.
  • After you open your Order Confirmation Email, please find the Download PDF Invoice button.
  • When you click the button, you will be able to download a tax invoice after purchase, and save it in your local drive or cloud storage.
  • Please wait for your Order Confirmation Email to be sent within 24-48 hours after payment. Sometimes the email can be sent earlier than that!
  • If you still cannot find your Order Confirmation Email within 48 hours after payment, and you have also checked your spam mail and it's not there, then please check our Report Issue page, complete the online form, and we will revert to you via email as soon as possible.
  • Sales tax may be included on the invoice when it is required by the laws of your country or jurisdiction and when we are obliged to collect it.
  • Sales tax may not appear if your purchase is outside those rules or if we have not reached the local tax registration threshold that triggers tax collection.
  • Tax is calculated using the billing or shipping address required by local tax rules.
  • We are using an automated app to determine whether to collect tax based on the local law for digital goods and services and on whether we are registered or have met the economic nexus threshold in that jurisdiction.
  • The tax amount and rate are shown in the checkout summary before you complete payment so you can review the full total.
  • We understand that most of our customers are businesses or entrepreneurs, and some of you may be registered for sales tax (GST/VAT) in your countries or jurisdiction.
  • We are using an automated app to calculate global sales tax and validate global business tax ID, so if you provide a valid local tax registration number or VAT/GST ID at checkout, we will process invoices according to the applicable business rules for your jurisdiction and update the invoice accordingly.
  • We would like to inform you that we are currently not collecting any sales tax (GST/VAT) for customers in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. When we do, we will request for a valid business tax ID (if applicable) during checkout, and it will be reflected in the invoice.
  • We are currently accepting purchases only from customers whose billing or shipping address is in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Customers located outside these jurisdictions may subscribe to our email newsletters, but they cannot proceed to checkout until we expand to their country.
  • We would love to expand and serve more customers globally. However, sales or digital tax and compliance requirements differ by jurisdiction and may require registration, collection, and remittance of sales tax (GST/VAT) or other digital taxes.
  • In addition, we limit checkout to jurisdictions where we are legally and operationally ready to provide service.
  • If you are currently reside outside of these jurisdictions, subscribe to our email newsletters (available on Why We Exist page) and follow us on our social media to receive updates when we expand to new jurisdictions.
  • Yes, you can!
  • You can purchase as long as your billing or shipping address is in Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand, and you are using credit or debit card issued by local banks.
  • Temporary residency does not prevent checkout when the billing or shipping address provided at purchase is within the supported countries. Whether you are currently studying as an international student for your PhD or Master's degree, whether you are currently working overseas with international work visas, or whether you are currently starting an online business from overseas, you can!
  • However, not when you come for holiday as a tourist for a few days.
  • If you purchase a gift card when you are in Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand, and then plan to move back to your home country permanently very soon, you may consider to utilise your gift card before that.
  • If you purchased a course access when you are in Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand, and then plan to move back to your home country permanently, you can still access it from your home country until the access is expired, but you will no longer be able to checkout when you move back to your home country, if your home country is not within these jurisdictions.
  • Confirm billing address and card details match your bank records.
  • Try an alternative payment method such as PayNow, Apple Pay, or a different card.
  • Check with your bank for blocks or fraud holds on international transactions.
  • Use a different browser or device if payment buttons do not respond.

Technical Support

If you received the email newsletters, but cannot see all the content, please click Download External Images, so you can see all the email content and not missing anything.

  • You will need a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps) is recommended for seamless video streaming, webinars, and online learning experience.
  • First, try these quick fixes:
  1. Refresh the page and clear your browser cache.
  2. Switch to a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  3. Ensure cookies and JavaScript are enabled.
  • If the issue still persists and you still cannot login to the learning platform, please check our Report Issue page, complete the online form provided, and we will revert to you via email as soon as possible.
  • Next, please check the expiry date of your course access (whether it's already 12 or 24 months from your registration date). Expiry date varies according to the learning innovation (learning method) categories. If you cannot view the course, it's possible that your access to the learning materials has been expired.
  • If you just recently receive access to your learning materials or courses, and still cannot see it anywhere after troubleshooting, please check our Report Issue page, complete the online form, and we will revert to you via email as soon as possible.
  • Use a supported browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  • Clear browser cache and cookies then reload the course page.
  • Disable browser extensions that block scripts or ads and try again.
  • Try a private or incognito window to rule out cached settings.
  • Test a different device or network to isolate device or ISP issues.
  • If the issue persists, please check our Report Issue page, complete the online form, explain your issue in details, and provide a screenshot of any error message. We will revert to you via email as soon as possible.
  • We may lock or password-protected our website from time to time for regular maintenance or updates, so you can always check again after a few hours, or the next day.
  • If you encounter any technical issue, please check our Report Issue page and complete the online form.
  • If the issue is affecting you individually, we will revert to you via email as soon as possible. However, if the issue is affecting everyone, we will send email to all recipients affected, and we will not respond to your request one by one.
  • We will never ask you to create a customer account with a password, since you will login using the One Time Password (OTP) code sent to your email address directly. You will need to have the access to your email address in order to check OTP email and login to your customer account.
  • If you suspect your email has been compromised and would like to temporary deactivate your customer account with us, please notify us immediately with an alternative email address via Report Issue page and complete the online form. Please note that we may also ask some questions related to your customer account to verify your identity. We prioritise suspected compromises and will fast-track temporary account deactivation requests for affected users.
  • If you suspect your email has been compromised and would like to recover your email access, please check the online instruction from gmail or outlook, and contact your email service providers immediately, since we have no access to your email and will not be able to assist you with troubleshooting your email access.
  • Monitor linked payment methods and notify your bank or card issuer if you see unauthorized charges.
  • After you regain access to your email address, please notify us immediately via Report Issue page and complete the online form, so we can reactivate your customer account again. We will fast-track account reactivation requests for affected users.
  • Login to your customer account, then look for the Report Issue link on the header of your customer account page, beside the Order link.

Privacy and Security

  • After logging in to your customer account, please click your Profile Picture or Initials on the top right corner of your customer account, then find "Profile".
  • From there, you can update your name, and address or billing details. You can also manage your saved payment methods. You can add, update, or remove payment options.
  • However, please note that you cannot change the email address you use to login from your account page.
  • Please remember to click “Save” before navigating away to ensure your updates applies.
  • We adhere to industry best practices and comply with GDPR, Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and other data protection regulations.
  • We hate spam as much as you do! We respect your privacy and will only use your contact details to send relevant updates or information about our products or services.
  • We will NOT sell your personal data, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

  • If you would like to delete your customer account, you can check our Report Issue page and complete the online form to request for customer account deletion. We will respond to you via email as soon as possible.
  • Please note that the deleted customer account can no longer be recovered, so please consider carefully before deciding to delete your customer account.
